Indications for use:
MANUAL CLEANING:
Perform a dilution of 2 to 5 mL/L in water (0.2 to 0.5% v/v). Dilutions up to 40 mL/L (4% v/v) may be used for high contaminant levels or where difficult or hazardous contaminants may be present.
Soak parts for 5 to 10 minutes at 20°C to 30°C in the diluted Viruzyme® V solution. In the case of dry protein deposits or low solution temperatures, soak for longer periods of up to 20 minutes.
Rinse with clean utensils and transfer to the next cleaning step.
ULTRASONIC CLEANING:
Make a dilution of 2 to 5 mL/L in water (0.2 to 0.5% v/v). Dilutions up to 40 mL/L (4% v/v) may be used for high contaminant levels or where difficult or hazardous contaminants may be present.
Soak parts for 5 to 10 minutes at 20°C to 50°C in the diluted Viruzyme® V solution. In the case of dry protein deposits or low solution temperatures, soak for longer periods of up to 20 minutes.
Brush surfaces to remove any gross residues, rinse well with clean water and transfer to the next cleaning step.
CLEANING BY AUTOMATIC DEVICES:
Adjust injectors to deliver between 2 and 5 mL per litre of water (between 0.2 and 0.5 % v/v) depending on the expected load of contaminated equipment and water temperature.
