Scope of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data provided by our customers or suppliers, people seeking information, users of our website, job candidates or third parties we have contact with and whose data is necessary to conduct our business.

What information do we collect?

We collect personal information such as your name and surname, telephone number and email address, address, company or position held at the company when you request information, or when you sign up for any event organized or sponsored by us, as well as the user name and password created to access the restricted access area of our website.

We collect the information necessary for your participation in personnel selection processes, such as your contact details, professional profile, training and experience, or private and professional interests.

We also collect information that your web browser automatically sends us each time you visit any of our web pages in order to analyse and improve your user experience and the general quality of our services.

By accepting this Policy you will be consenting to the generation of cookies for the aforementioned purpose, and always in accordance with the applicable regulations at any time with regard to the cookie policy. However, if you subsequently wish to delete the information stored on your computer and which necessarily requires your consent, you may do so by using the tools provided by your browser for this purpose.

What is the purpose and legitimate interest for processing your data?

The data you provide us with are processed for the following purposes (unless the context clearly indicates that we will process your personal data for a single purpose; e.g. in forms such as "subscribe to newsletters"):

How long do we keep your data?

If you have a business relationship with us, the data you provided for this purpose will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained and for as many years as are necessary to comply with legal obligations. If not, your data will be kept until you request the cessation of business.

If you are a candidate for a job, the data you have provided to us for this purpose will be retained until the job is awarded or you exercise your right of cancellation. If you do not exercise your right of cancellation within 2 years, your data will be automatically deleted after that period.

If you have registered for an event organized or sponsored by us, your data will be kept for the entire duration of the event and, even later, until all eventual responsibilities that could arise from it have expired, and for all the time required by the applicable regulations.

Who do we disclose your data to?

Your data may be disclosed to business partners we have commercial agreements with us for the promotion and sale of our products, in order to be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes.

Beyond these cases, we will not transfer your data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation.

Will your personal data be transferred to third countries or international organisations?
